Jordan’s career includes a tenure as Senior Financial Analyst at Prominent Senior’s Housing company based out of Chicago, IL. Where he honed his financial acumen and strategic insight. In this role, he collaborated with executive teams and joint venture partners to execute major acquisitions deals, culminating in the closure of over $1 Billion in seniors housing communities. His meticulous approach to due diligence—analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and expenditure reports was instrumental in ensuring the success of these transactions.

Driven by a desire for new challenges, Jordan pursued his real estate license to diversify his responsibilities and broaden his skillset.
